9ph28 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the 9ph28 platform — including its website, games, promotions, and any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and 9ph28 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 9ph28 platform. Continued use of the platform following any posted update or revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account on the 9ph28 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your 9ph28 account, you agree to:

• Provide your real full name as it appears on your government-issued identification.
• Supply a valid and active email address that you own and regularly access.
• Create a strong, unique password and keep it confidential at all times.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 9ph28 account. 9ph28 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

All financial transactions on the 9ph28 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 9ph28 supports a range of local payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

Deposits:

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your 9ph28 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• 9ph28 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your 9ph28 account.
• Completion of KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take up to three (3) business days to process, depending on the payment method selected.
• Any bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements have been fully met.
• 9ph28 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

9ph28 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion on 9ph28, you agree to the specific terms of that offer.

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• 9ph28 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

9ph28 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Decisions made by 9ph28 in this regard are final and binding.

All games available on the 9ph28 platform — including slots, bingo, live dealer games, Fortune Tiger, and Fortune Bingo — are governed by individual game rules in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers.

• All game outcomes on 9ph28 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems, ensuring fair and unpredictable results.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are final. 9ph28 will not reverse a bet once it has been confirmed, except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects game outcomes, 9ph28 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient account balance before placing any wager. 9ph28 does not extend credit to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9ph28 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account on the 9ph28 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the 9ph28 platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 9ph28 staff or other players.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Using the platform if you are a self-excluded player or have been otherwise restricted from gambling.

All content on the 9ph28 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 9ph28 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9ph28 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 9ph28 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any 9ph28 trademarks, logos, or brand elements for any commercial purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of 9ph28 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by 9ph28.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ph28 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 9ph28's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

9ph28's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9ph28 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9ph28 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion.

Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to verification requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigations. Balances associated with accounts terminated due to fraud or Terms violations may be forfeited.

You may request the closure of your 9ph28 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or concern arising from your use of the 9ph28 platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team directly. Our team is available 24/7 and will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

If your concern is not resolved to your satisfaction through our internal support process, you may escalate the matter in writing to our designated complaints handling team. All formal complaints will be acknowledged within two (2) business days and resolved within fourteen (14) business days where possible.

• All disputes must be raised within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the complaint.
• Disputes relating to game outcomes will be reviewed against server-side game logs, which are considered the definitive record.
• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

9ph28 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the 9ph28 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
